A clever design for a tricky backlands site in the heart of Tooting set back off Garratt Lane. By providing a large basement across the entire site we have been able to create 1000sqft duplex units across the ground and lower ground floor with lateral units on the upper floors. The design has allowed the site to create 17 units but critically own mews environment while creating the aspect across the site rather than front to back has allowed us to create wonderful terraces for the upper units without impacting the neighbouring properties
