The site’s former use as a public house gave us some fabulous design cues on which to base our redevelopment. Its location is just a short walk from Brixton Village and Brixton Market in what is nowadays a rapidly regenerating area.
Our design incorporates a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Each has good natural light and enjoys the benefit of a private terrace. We also took advantage of the site’s original vast basement area and extended it to create bedrooms with stunning outside sunken terraces.
Many of the apartments have spectacular views across the London skyline.
