Established over 10 years ago with the 3 partners enjoying an aggregate of over 50 years of experience in real estate investment and development. Style and Space was founded with the objective of starting small and growing organically.

We focussed on areas of SW & SE London where we as young and aspirational professionals would want to live. We believed that desirable sites in aspirational, yet affordable locations would always have a market. This meant a notional cap on sales values of £1M and delivering a contemporary design lead architectural approach to all our projects.

In our formative years we started on period conversions and extension projects, including some client work. These developments while small provided invaluable experience. It developed our understanding of the construction process, fine tuned our space planning of a scheme and the units within it. On smaller schemes every detail was critical and we apply the same forensic methodology today.

In 2012 this led to a natural progression into larger sites and new build projects and allowed us to scale the business by carrying out multiple projects at any one time. Critically we remained focused on the same desirable and aspirational areas we had worked in previously. This allowed us to grow sustainably while also minimising the risks we took. We knew what the buyers wanted in these areas and the values the schemes would achieve. This has ensured we have maintained demand for our product throughout even the most testing market conditions.

We now have a depth of understanding of the SW and SE London market gained over the last 20 years. We have built an unrivalled knowledge of the local sites and a pipeline of projects. We feel this focussed yet risk averse approach will ensure that our business continues to grow at a secure and sustainable pace in the future.
