An existing client of ours purchased this site with planning permission and contracted us to handle the development. We could see there was an opportunity for adding value and so we pushed the creative boundaries.
Our concept was for a mixed-use scheme with a 170 m² commercial unit on the ground floor and eight apartments and a penthouse on the upper levels.
On the outside we redesigned the look of the building and introduced an exciting new façade that exudes prestige while fitting comfortably with the street scene and local context. Internally, we redesigned the layouts to create better living spaces and improve access to the very pleasing views across the park and surrounding leafy residential streets.
