PIRBRIGHT ROAD

The local council called this a “wonderfully clever development”.

Our starting point was a narrow site previously used by a car repair workshop. Into the space we situated four 3 storey town houses designed on the outside to reflect the street’s existing Edwardian themes. Careful orientation of the buildings mitigated any overlooking issues and protected privacy for the occupants and their neighbours.

On the inside we created eight beautiful 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. The use of a central stair core has allowed us to create 4 lateral flats on the upper floors and 4 stunning duplex apartments on the ground and lower ground floors. Most have private balconies and all have large windows that flood with natural light.
