TRINITY ROAD, WANDSWORTH

 

This conversion was our first bigger project and we’re still very proud of the result. It was challenging and yet also incredibly enjoyable.

 

We began with a Victorian town house and decided to retain its façade in order to stay with the character of the area.

 

On the inside, we rearranged the space to create four large apartments with gorgeous vaulted ceilings and, at the rear, a single story 2 bedroom apartment with glazed reception to the garden. All the apartments have spectacular views across the local park and London.

 

A particularly pleasing detail is the traditional glazed double front door we added to make an impressive entrance into what was previously a dark narrow hallway.
