A stunning mixed-use development of eight 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, a penthouse, and 3000 ft² of commercial space in the heart of Clapham.

 

From the outset with this conversion we made a firm decision to retain the existing fascia as a complement to the building’s historical setting. However, on the inside we introduced a new look of stylish modernity.

 

We designed the layout to give each apartment lots of natural light and its own private terrace. Then, on the roof, we incorporated a beautiful communal garden with great views across London.

 

A truly spectacular penthouse is the jewel in the crown. It has light and airy rooms and an unbelievable panorama of the City and beyond.
